A Day in the Life as a CONFLUENCE Loft Owner...
I woke up to the beautiful sun coming through the expansive windows of my new place this morning. The bright light bounced off the 9-foot ceilings, & nudged me awake.
I jumped out of bed, as life was waiting. I walked the Poudre Trail along the river with my four-legged friend. My list of gratitudes increases every day since I have embraced living in the emerging River District of Fort Collins!
On my way back home, with a wet, river-dog in tow, I made a pit stop at Ginger & Baker for a great cup of coffee. Before heading back up to the loft, I gave the pooch a quick rinse in the Confluence community dog wash. Once his paws were washed, we took the elevator up to get the day started. I reserved the Confluence Zip Car for a grocery run later this afternoon and headed down to the bike room to tune up my bicycle. Though my car is always ready for me in the secure garage, I haven’t used it in 3 & ½ weeks! Who needs to drive when I am living, working and playing in the heart of Fort Collins?! You need to come and visit me!
My neighbors and I decided to make dinner on the Community Roof Terrace tonight. We used the outdoor kitchen & barbecue grill – and didn’t even mind the 10-minute rain shower because we could step into the community room as the weather blew by. I love that the architects really thought about those connections between indoors and out, and creating spaces to gather with my neighbors. You really need to come and visit me!
The music scene is hopping in Fort Collins, we are blocks away from The Armory and the newly refurbished concert venue - Washington’s. We heard that the Magic Rat at the Elizabeth hotel had something special going on, so we headed over there tonight. Great music and drinks!
I love living in the heart of Fort Collins and I can’t wait for you to come see my new place… better yet, YOU SHOULD MOVE HERE, there is still a unit or two available!
